Life
After Camile wiped us off the coast, our family returned to Memphis. I attended Memphis State and earned a Masters in Electrical Engineering. I then went to work for a medical instrument manufacturer in R & D where I met my wife, Elaine, who was a Gastroenterologist on my research staff. We have a son, Joseph A. Chambers, IV (Jay) who is 21, and a 17 year-old daughter, Mary Beth Chambers. Jay attends Memphis State and my daughter graduates high school in June. I retired in 1999.

small Audio Video company years ago and was a silent partner. A large corporation recently bought out that company, and I have agreed to operate the engineering division until I am 55.
We have two Labradors, Duke and Dudley, (black and chocolate). Our family enjoys ridding motorcycles together, and flying to fun places in our single engine Cessna (especially New Orleans).
We are currently building our last home on 45 acres we purchased out in Shelby county were we hope to begin raising horses again.
